I have worked with Mike Kent for well over two decades with two different and very large automotive groups. One in Traverse City, Michigan and one in Grand Forks, North Dakota. One thing that is consistent with Mike is that it is very important for him to connect with your clients and he goes above and beyond to do so. Through his research, he may uncover many inconsistencies with some of your dearly held paradigms and provide useful insights. He is in touch with what your clients want and can deliver that message. Not only is he passionate about his profession but he is deeply involved with volunteer community work. I don’t know how he finds the time but he somehow does. His fees are reasonable but I know from experience that you will get much, much more in return.
